fabeetle purpose: With ratings and reviews on the rise and the use of social technologies and tools spanning all age groups, a tool that would allow individuals to search for an advisor and get ratings and reviews from other clients would be very useful in aligning individuals with appropriate professionals. In recognition of the above issues, fabeetle was born! fabeetle will create a new dimension of communication for potential clients and advisors by efficiently helping one find the other, while while raising the quality of advice and representation industry-wide.

Research Project: As part of our development process we like to create "use cases" to validate our assumptions about our solution. As such, we are currently looking to help people find a financial advisor. What we learn from this is what is important to people in that search, how they perceive different information, etc. Here is the process:

We would like to first set up a phone appointment to ask you questions about the type of FA you are looking for, your goals, etc. We won't ask you for any personal information.

We will then go search for advisors who may fit what you are looking for. Contact them. Ask questions. Assimilate their answers and report back to you in a spreadsheet. This will allow you to evaluate the difference between the advisors based on the information you are looking for, prior to having to take time out and meet w/ them. Our Founder & CEO spent many years as both a Financial Advisor and Manager for a major wealth management firm and is familiar with the process of asking good questions about what you are looking for.

In return for this information we ask that you take a quick survey about the process which will provide us the feedback we need and this survey will be delivered with the spreadsheet of possible advisors. As a matter of correct legal discourse here, we (fabeetle, Inc.) do not hold any responsibility in the future actions of the FA you choose to engage. We don't offer our personal endorsement of the individuals as we have likely not worked with this. Our purpose in this experiment is simply to do some "leg work" for you in acquiring information that may help you in your search for appropriate financial counsel.

There is no cost for this and no obligation. We are tying to collect data that supports our hypothesis:

if clients had more resources to get information on financial advisors that would be useful to them.
