When it comes to someone's motivation to save and invest, everyone is different. During my time as a financial advisor, I would ask every client: Why do you want to save and invest? Is it for retirement? Is it to leave your children better off? Or donate to charity? Or something else entirely? Their answer always led to an honest dialogue about their goals, their hopes even their fears. Am I picking the wrong investments? Will I lose money? Is my money growing quickly enough? A good financial advisor should welcome these discussions and it's our goal at fabeetle to facilitate an open, honest conversation. We want you to share your story with our community. Why are you saving and investing?

Here is how the contest works:

1. Visit http://fabeetle.com/giveaway.
2. Share your story and sign up for the fabeetle beta.
3. Spread the word to friends.

The contest will run until October 16th at which point we will select three random entries to win an iPhone 3G S.

There are several things you should know. First, your entry has to be at least 100 words long. We want to make sure that people provide a good representation of their motivations. Second, we would love if you signed up for the beta release of fabeetle. We won't spam you with tons of emails, but will let you know when major phases of the site are rolled out. You will receive early access and be able to share your feedback. Finally, we will only display your first name, so don't be afraid to be honest.
